Coffee has long been more than a drink to me; it is a daily ritual that invites stillness and intention. From the sharp crack of beans as they are ground to the first drops of water meeting coffee, each moment carries a quiet beauty. Watching the rich, aromatic liquid fall into the server feels almost meditative, a small yet meaningful pause in the rhythm of the day. This fascination led me to pursue the SCA Brewing Foundation course, deepening my understanding of filter coffee and its delicate craft. After moving to the Netherlands, my passion grew into barista skills, blending technique with creativity. Today, serving and leading a coffee team at Hillsong Church Rotterdam, I find profound joy in connecting people through coffee—where passion meets purpose in the most tangible way.
